General terms & conditions

ARCTIC OUTDOOR ApS, CVR: 33248024 provides the website arctic-outdoor.eu, afterwards being referred to as “the website”. Arctic Outdoor is our brand name and will in the coming sections be referred to as “we”, “our”, “us” and “ours”.  The coming “General terms & conditions” apply to all orders placed by the costumer being referred to as “you”. When using or placing an order at arctic-outdoor.eu you consent to our terms and conditions as stated in this document. Make sure that you have read and understood our terms and conditions before you place an order.

Pricing

Prices are stated on arctic-outdoor.eu and the given product shows the price on the product site. Prices include 25% VAT and can be viewed in DKK and EUR. Subject to price increases, tax changes, currency changes, sold / disposed goods, and typographical errors. 

The seller (Arctic Outdoor) is fully entitled to change prices on a regular basis, unless other is agreed in writing.

When shopping on arctic-outdoor.eu no fees are added. 

The amount that has been shopped for will be withdrawn from your bank account once the products have been shipped from our warehouse. 

Delivery 

Always free shipping on arctic-outdoor.eu - expected delivery is 1-2 days. We have the right to take reservations with delays from the production. 

Warrenty

You as a costumer have a two year warrenty from the day you recieve our products
