Can I find your products physically?
Yes! We have a showroom in Middelfart, where you can book an appointment. You can book an appointment to come by Monday to Thursday 8:00-15:30 and Friday 08:00-14:30. If you would like to book, you can write to us via our contact form.
Returns & exchanges
How do I exchange for a different size?
This can be easily done through our returns portal , you simply enter your order number and email, after which you will be guided through the process.
How long do I have to return?
You have a 30-day return policy at Arctic Outdoor. The product must always be returned with original packaging, hangtags and show no signs of use.
How long does the treatment take?
If you need to exchange, we will send the new size when you have returned it to the parcel shop and you will typically have it the next day. If you want a refund, it can take a week to 10 working days after we have received the product.
How does a return work?
1. First, go to our returns portal
2. Enter your order number and email
3. Follow the different steps in the portal
4. You have the option to either print it yourself or get a QR code that you take to the parcel shop and they will print it for you if you don't have a printer.

Can I change my order?
Yes, call 69 69 79 10 or write to info@arctic-outdoor.dk and we will correct your order as soon as possible.
I have not received my order confirmation.
Check your junk or spam folder. If it is not there, write to info@arctic-outdoor.dk and we will find the answer as soon as possible.
Production
Where do you produce?
At Arctic Outdoor we work with carefully selected suppliers and factories that ensure high quality and responsible production. Our fabrics come from Toray and eVent Fabrics in South Korea and Japan , and our zippers are from YKK in Japan.
We use RDS-certified down from North China and European musk down , and our non-mulesing merino/tencel T-shirts are produced in Lithuania.
Our down jackets, shell jackets and outdoor pants are assembled in top-quality factories in China . All materials are OEKO-TEX® certified , and our Preikestolen shell jacket also has GRS certification for recycled materials.
Why don't you have more sizes?
As a newly launched Danish outdoor brand, we have limited ourselves in our first collection because quantities and prices are a limitation in the selection. We are continuously expanding with sizes and customizations to meet the needs of our customers.
Delivery
When will I receive my order?
We strive to always deliver within 1-2 business days for delivery in Denmark. International orders usually take 3-5 business days.
How much does shipping cost to you?
Shipping with us is always free.
Can I track my order?
You will be sent a tracking number when your order has been shipped from our warehouse, where you can easily track your order.
Warranty & complaints
What type of warranty do you have?
We have our explorer and experience guarantee, which ensures that if you have damaged your outdoor product, we can handle the repair through our partner Strauss Tailoring. Read more about our repair service.
I have received a defective product, what do I do?
Send pictures to info@arctic-outdoor.dk and we will look into your case. Typically, you create a return through our return portal and will be sent a new product when it is delivered to the parcel shop.
